Parking

We advise you to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to look for a parking space. We have two designated parking spaces reserved for Sophia Naturals Skincare. If the spaces are full, you may have to park in any space without any business signage. Or park on the street.

First Time Deposit

First time clients are required to send a deposit to secure their appointment time. We require a 30% of the service amount. Your deposit holds your appointment time and is applied toward your service at the time of your appointment. We accept deposits through Venmo, Zelle, and Paypal. Failure to send deposit, your appointment will not be confirmed until we receive payment.

Late Arrivals

We respect and value our client's time. In order to ensure that we see our clients on time, we are required to end your treatment at the original scheduled end time if you arrive later than your scheduled start time.

 

Leave Personal Belongings At Home

Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Sophia Naturals Skincare is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items. 

 

Privacy Policies

We take skincare and the safety of your information very seriously. Anything related to client's skin health to crediting information is only used for internal use.

Before Your Treatment

Notify Us On Medical Conditions

Please advise at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent surgeries, pregnancy, or any special needs which may affect your service. 

Please note that any individuals who have received botox or dermal fillers, chemical peels, micro-needling, microblading, permanent makeup/ tattoos, cosmetic treatments with laser or ultrasound. Must wait at least 2 weeks before any facial treatment can be performed.

Cancelation/Rescheduling

We value your appointment, it's reserved especially for you!

We ask that you understand that in the event of forgetting, canceling or changing an appointment without a 2 day notice, we may not be able to provide service to waiting list customers, and the application time may not be filled.

Therefore, rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours' notice, canceled appointments, and no-shows will be charged a 100% service fee. When more than two appointments are rescheduled or canceled, our estheticians will require 100% of the total service from the client before scheduling. (This applies to new and existing clients.)

Services and Payment

Gift Certificates 

We offer gift certificates for purchase. For more information about purchasing one, please text our phone number. You can also mail a gift certificate to someone else by sending us the recipient's contact information upon purchase.

Payment Options

Payments in cash are PREFERRED, but we accept all cards. For your convenience, also accept Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and Apple Pay.

Pick Up

For online and offline product pickups, please contact us at (408) 202-6529 to arrange pickup instructions. 

We’re open Monday- Sunday from 10:00 am-6:00 pm. 

 

Our hours of operation are Monday through Sunday. However, we operate on an appointment-only basis. This means that while we strive to be available throughout the week, there may be times when the shop is closed if we don't have scheduled clients. We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure we're here to serve you.

Refunds

Due to the organic nature of our skincare products, which do not contain preservatives or shelf-stable ingredients, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If you have any concerns or dissatisfaction with a product, please contact us directly at (408) 202-6529 or facebysophia@gmail.com. We may be able to accommodate your needs on a one-to-one basis. 

How to Store Your Products

Our products are organic and do not contain shelf life ingredients. Therefore, you may see the product slightly melted during the time of the delivery process.

Mix your cream and let it rest in your refrigerator overnight, you can then enjoy it the following day.

We recommend that you immediately store the following items in the refrigerator: Healing cream, Organic spf, Ginseng cream, and Body cream. 
Charcoal Clay Mask and Matcha Aloe Vera Gel mask should be refrigerated at all times.

Please avoid direct sunlight exposure to any product.
